Do you take a percentage of my sales?
No. ZealTrak is a flat monthly price and never touches your payouts. The marketplaces take their fees — we just make sure you can see them.
What counts toward the 30 sales a month on Free?
Only completed sales. Drafts, pending orders, and cancelled sales don't use up the meter, and it resets on the 1st of every month. Money in/out entries have their own 30-a-month meter — rows created automatically from your sales don't count against it.
What happens if I hit a Free limit mid-month?
Nothing is deleted or hidden. You can keep viewing your dashboard, sales, and history — recording new entries just pauses until the month resets or you upgrade.
Can I import my marketplace orders?
Yes. Pro imports order-history CSVs from eBay, Mercari, Poshmark, and Depop, syncs Shopify orders automatically, and connects to QuickBooks Online. Imports are matched by order id, so re-importing the same file is safe.
Can I switch or cancel later?
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your billing period, so you never lose time you've paid for. If you cancel, your account moves to Free and your data stays put.
Do I have to choose between the app and the website?
No. Every plan — including Free — comes with the iOS and Android app and the web dashboard, on the same account with the same data.
